About the Role

Are you keen to explore a career in digital sales and business development? As a Digital Sales Intern, you will gain practical exposure to how businesses are advised on digital marketing and web solutions. You will support the Sales team in lead generation, client engagement preparation, and market research while learning how digital sales strategies are executed in a real agency setting.

This internship provides valuable insight into B2B sales, client relationship management, and digital marketing solutions for SMEs in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales team in researching and identifying potential leads

  • Support outbound prospecting efforts such as cold outreach preparation and follow-ups

  • Prepare meeting materials, proposals, and sales decks for client discussions

  • Attend sales meetings (virtual or physical) for learning exposure

  • Conduct basic market research on industry trends and competitors

  • Assist in updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records

  • Support in gathering client information and understanding client needs

  • Learn how to advise SMEs on digital marketing and web solutions

  • Assist in preparing performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics (where applicable)

What You’ll Need

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Strong interest in B2B sales and digital marketing

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable speaking to people

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media) is an advantage

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
