YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Fullstack Developer prefered
- Need to know basic responsive design, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, HTML5, CSS3 media queries
- Basic server administration including website installation, migration, troubleshooting, email configuration
- Knowledge of project management software such as freedcamp, ansana, basecamp
- A solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations, and run team meetings
- An ability to anticipate issues, identify future choke points, and work ahead to time to alleviate potential issues
ADDITIONAL TRAITS:
- Experience in digital marketing and ongoing interest in search engine optimization/SEM
- A solid understanding of web design standards and usability
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
- Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written presentation and phone skills
YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Project manage digital media and website campaigns/issues
Coordinate with clients, account management, technical development/integration and creative teams to ensure efficacy and quality of work. - Scope work for assigned accounts (with the support of the SEO Manager and Account Manager)
- Executing & Delivering on scoped and assigned tasks, including but not limited to:
- Website Audits
- Website Optimisation Documentation
- Obtaining Client Consent To Documentation
- Keyword & Competitor Research
- Website analytics using Google Analytics & Google Search Console.
- Fix website errors as indicated in Google Search Console
- Execute on our planned campaigns - creating and adjusting on a daily basis as needed.
- Report on your work internally and externally.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, SEO Manager and Account Manager to execute the campaigns
