Internship - IT Service Desk (Apr 2026 - Feb 2027)
1. To provide IT Support for client machines, operating systems, software, AV system and mobile devices as part of daily desktop operations
Learning Outcome - Gain hands-on experience on support issues on hardware, software, applications, AV System and network troubleshooting techniques- Improve Problem solving skills
2. To assist in preparing process documentation, chatbot training data preparation, testing, and feedback loops, the interns will also stand in as part of the operations support team.
Learning Outcome : Will gain hands-on experience in process documentation, chatbot training data preparation, testing methodologies, and iterative feedback loops. Additionally, by participating in operations support activities, they will develop a practical understanding of IT service workflows and enhance their problem-solving and communication skills in a real-world environment.
3. Asset disposal and donation of old IT Equipments
Learning Outcome - Develop skills in maintaining accurate records of disposed assets. Gain an understanding of environmental awareness and processess involved in secure asset disposal.
4. Data Analysis and Visualization - using Power BI
Learning Outcome - Acquire hands-on experience in data collection, cleaning and analysis. Understand how to communicate data insights to stakeholders in a clear and meaningful way
5. Revise and update User Guides & FAQ(eg : IT Handbook)
Learning Outcome - Develop ability to create user friendly documentation.
Gain insights into common users' issues and questions
Enhancing skills in technical writing, clarity of communication
Deepen understanding of enterprise services while doing documentation
Qualifications
1. Basic understaning of Windows OS, MacOS and M365 applications
2. Ablity to diagnose and resolve common technical issues.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in IT Service Desk team
4. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
5. Positive attitude and open to embracing new technology
