Shift 2: 3:30pm – 12:30am (+ $15 allowance/day)
Shift 3: 11:30pm – 8:30am (+ $25 allowance/day)
Job Responsibilities
Assemble, repair and test electrical / electro-mechanical / vacuum / pneumatic assemblies and components using schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists and work instructions
Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations including troubleshooting and rectification of faults
Use test fixtures and measurement equipment (e.g., leak detectors, vacuum pumps) to test assemblies and sub-assemblies
Update work progress / expenses / labour details via computer terminal; may support basic programming, repair or software installation when required
Conduct parts receiving and audits to ensure required materials are available for build/test/repair
Inspect parts for defects and support improvements in troubleshooting and work processes
Maintain good housekeeping and comply with workplace safety, health and security standards at all times
Requirements
Able to follow technical drawings, schematics and work instructions
Comfortable with hands-on assembly and troubleshooting work
Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently and as a team
Willing to work on shift schedule (preferred shift can be indicated)
