Key Responsibilities
Support the Department Head in the following initiatives and duties:
- Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing.
- Preparation of quarterly GST reporting.
- Preparation of quarterly MAS reporting.
- Assist in external audit matters of the company during audit periods.
- Preparation of audit schedules.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Prepare Profit and Loss, Balance sheet schedules on a monthly basis.
- Compile, analyse and report financial data to internal stakeholders.
- Preparation of annual financial statement for Singapore and overseas entities.
- Other ad-hoc activities as required.
Requirements
- Current student pursuing or graduated recently with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
- Able to work minimum 4 days per week. Minimum 3 months’ internship.
- Strong PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
- Resourceful, organised, meticulous individual with strong analytical skills, able to multi-task, work under tight timelines and pressure.
- Able to work independently.
- Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast paced, culturally diverse and evolving environment.
