Job Description

We are looking for a HR intern to join our team!

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide support to full spectrum of HR administration to the HR team
  • Support talent acquisition process by scheduling interviews and administering skills assessment
  • Prepare new hires onboarding materials and assist with exit clearance
  • Coordinate and assist in organizing monthly events and functions
  • Design creative e-mailers for internal announcements
  • Follow up on HR admin duties with respective departments
  • Assist in employee welfare matters

Requirement:

  • Able to commit for at least 5-6 months
  • Students pursing Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management or have an interest in Human Resources are welcome to apply
