Job Description
The candidate will assist the team in:
- Full HR functions including Recruitment and Payroll process.
- Understand the business need and develop talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage multi-channel recruitment approach to fill the vacancies with high quality candidates.
- Manage the recruiting life cycle and all related documentation for vacant positions which include sourcing, screening, interview, assessing, reference checking, offering of employment.
- Assist in new hires preparations including Letter of Appointments, personal file and orientation.
- Monitor employees due for confirmation, prepare and submit appraisal form to respective supervisor and follow-up.
- Provides HR support to business units in area such performance management, employee relations and engagement.
- Assist in the coordination and administration of pre/post course training, applications for government grants/subsidies, pre-training logistics arrangements etc
- Assist in exit clearance procedures for resigned staff.
- Assist in organizing company functions and staff welfare-related activities.
- Foreign workers work pass applications.
- Process monthly payroll including checking of overtime, staff attendance, claims and monthly allowances
- Generate and prepare monthly headcount & payroll related reports
- Participate in ad-hoc HR initiatives and projects
- Other duties as and when assigned by the company
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business/Human Resource
- Result-oriented, organised, meticulous with good problem solving skills, with high initiative and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as be a good team player.
- A hands-on person that is proactive, driven and resourceful.
- Able to start immediately or at short notice
