6 Months Marketing Intern (Men’s Grooming, Ladies’ Haircare and Skincare)
As our Marketing intern, you will get to work on brands under the men’s grooming, ladies’ haircare and skincare categories. The brands you will be assisting in are: GATSBY, LUCIDO-L, Minon and Bifesta.
Under the guidance of experienced marketers, you will get to understand the internal workings of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, and be introduced to the world of digital and trade marketing. Aside from being involved in the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns, you will also play a key role in ensuring that the day to day operations within the marketing teams runs smoothly.

You will be assisting the Men’s Grooming, Ladies Haircare and Skincare teams in the following areas:
Digital Marketing
- Play a part in developing campaign communications and run integrated marketing campaigns for assigned brands to drive brand growth
- Create content to drive organic traffic to brands’ websites
- Execute backlink strategy to strengthen brands’ SEO performance
- Monitor social media platforms for trending news and ideas
- Assist in developing and designing digital marketing materials
Trade Marketing
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to roll out marketing projects
- Conceptualize and develop visually impactful designs for in store displays
- Provide support for trade marketing needs to enhance store visibility and exposure
Data Analysis
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns to conduct post campaign analysis
- Conduct market research to understand more about the men’s grooming, ladies’ haircare and skincare landscapes in order to identify consumer trends
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand the retail landscape
Operational Support
- Support the marketing teams in daily administrative tasks
- Prepare presentations and monthly reports
- Assist in any other ad hoc tasks assigned
Who we are looking for
- Undergraduates majoring in Marketing / Communications & New Media
- Able to commit full-time for 6 months (June to December 2022)
- Possess a strong passion in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, as well as the men’s grooming, ladies’ haircare and skincare categories
- Familiarity with social media management
- Knowledge and experience in graphics creation softwares, such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc is a plus
- Possess strong analytical skills, good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Has an eye for details and aesthetics
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks
- A motivated team-player who is creative, meticulous, resourceful and is able to work independently
