Plan, execute, and oversee our content strategy across digital channels (FB, IG, video) to attract and engage audiences, drive leads, and build brand awareness. Ensure content aligns with business goals and delivers results.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot and edit short-form videos and photos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Edit videos and images using tools such as CapCut, Adobe, Canva or similar.
- Create engaging content, captions and basic visuals that match the brand tone and message.
- Schedule and publish organic posts using in-app schedulers or third-party tools.
- Assist in setting up and running basic Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads campaigns, including simple audience selection, budget setup and creatives upload.
- Monitor performance of posts and ads (views, reach, engagement, clicks, leads) and share simple weekly reports and suggestions for improvement.
- Join content planning discussions in the office 2–3 days per week to brainstorm ideas, understand campaign goals and align on messaging.
Candidate requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Design or related field; current student of these fields are welcome to apply.
- Has experience & knowledge in video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools.
- Comfortable shooting content with a smartphone (photo and video) and giving creative input on angles.
- Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn) and basic content trends.
- Able to use scheduling tools for organic posting (Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar).
- Able to work in a hybrid arrangement with 2–3 days per week in office for planning and review; remaining work can be done remotely.
- Responsible, willing to learn, open to feedback, and interested in financial / career / life-planning content.
