Job Description


A)        Reports Preparation:

-           Regular monthly reports preparation:

  • Monthly sell-out report
  • Monthly sell-in report
  • Order tracking report per request
  • Sales by SKU by location analysis
  • Key item reports for key accounts
  • New products launch results
  • Top 20 report by locations

-           Respect submission deadline to Regional office

-           Ad hoc reports for the Area Sales Manager

-           Communicate with business partners for updated information


B)         Budgetary and Provision Preparation:

  • Preparing information to Area Sales Manager for budgetary preparation.
  • Create and organize accounting book for budget & provision for Area Sales Manager & co-work with the team
  • Well communicate with the team and Singapore office for all the logistics
  • Coordinate & consolidate all data and provide summary for Area Sales Manager review & approval


C)        Sales Cycle Preparation:

  • Provide updated information to customers
  • Sales cycle booklet
  • Samples
  • Prepare products and presentation materials for sales cycle meetings


D)         Administration support to Area Sales Manager :

  • Organize the frequent travel itineraries & meetings
  • Timely complete all expenses reports
  • Co-work with the team for all projects and provide appropriate help if need
  • Sending courier, POSM, uniforms to SEA clients for the team
  • Assist in yearly Beauty Consultant Seminar
  • Other adhoc tasks as required


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Graduate from University)
  • Immediate Starter
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Appreciation of luxury universe
  • Independent highly motivated fast learner
  • Comfortable with reports and numbers
  • Sensitivity to luxury, Creative
  • Flexibility, Ability to multi-task
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
