Job Description

Mission

Reporting to the category managers you will assist in the implementation of the brand’s marketing plan and day-to-day operations.

The objective is to contribute to the development of the business with respect to corporate guidelines and brand image.

Profile

A previous marketing experience in the beauty/luxury/FMCG industries is an advantage.

Team spirited with an international outlook, enthusiastic about and sensitive to luxury cosmetics, organized, autonomous with a sense of initiative and advanced analytical skills. 

Competency in Excel & Powerpoint is required.

Responsibilities

1. Sales Cycle preparation

    - In coordination with the Category Manager: help with preparation of the 360 launch marketing presentations, booklets, assortment analysis and product orders.

    - Preparation of key documents to share with TR Americas & Eurafme with launch dates, codings and sales products.

    - Preparation of planograms updated by Sales Cycle and by category

2. Business & competition Analysis

   - Carry out detailed analysis of historical sales data to support the Category Manager on strategic decisions on launches and assortments by region.  

   - Post launch and ongoing adhoc business analysis with action plan recommendations.

   - Competitor analysis - monthly follow up on competitor launches and interesting innovations to ensure the category Manager has the latest market information

3. Launch Preparation

   - Create the launch packs with figures and numbers. Then consolidate feedbacks from the markets

   - Identify and update launch packages with changes to merchandising elements or requests for increase/decrease in quantities from the field

   - Help with preparation of 360 Launch Packages sent out 2 months prior to launch

   - Help to develop some relevant tools adapted to the markets (editions for BCs or consumers).
