Job Description
Principle Objective
Assist the Assistant Marketing Manager in all marketing, visual merchandising related tasks and any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- To execute and coordinate all trade marketing programs which includes related follow up on GWP allocation and consumption tracking.
- To participate in the new development of the on-counter initiatives leveraging on brand’s new communication platform in line with TR division’s goals.
- To develop newness related accessories for Expert grooming launch, i.e. Aqua XL, Artist Rouge & Water Blend.
- To create, execute & manage a closed Facebook page dedicated to generic retail staffs to build brand awareness and to increase brand engagement (launch timeline target: June 1st).
- To prepare & provide new launch package to TR markets (product presentation deck, references, prices, pack shots, swatches, digital materials).
- To take charge of trend analysis, competition study, product gap recommendation and key competition learning for a direct input to nourish the launch strategy.
- To assist in tracking and managing regional A&P budget.
- Visual Merchandising
- To support the VM team updated sales reports on a quarterly basis (bestselling ranges, shades, top 30, overall strategic guidelines…) in order to give them insights and guidelines to build the planograms accordingly.
- To plan, execute & coordinate the order & delivery of new launch visuals accordingly to marketing plan.
- To assist in new launch POSM development.
Requirements
- Previous experience in marketing is a plus.
- Good communication, interpersonal, organizational & multi-task skills.
- Enjoy working in highly competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
