LTW Designworks Pte Ltd – Draftsman

We are looking for a Draftsman with previous experienced in producing luxury hospitality projects design drawings. He/she must also have experienced on the followings:    

•    Responsible for producing design documentation, including detailing, tendering and construction drawings
•    Responsible for render plans and section elevations, translate concept designs into working documents for all           phases of the process
•    Involve in technical & product research & review with design team
•    Assist the designers on ad hoc drawings

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent with at least 3 years of drafting experience
• Good knowledge of drawing preparation, strong organizational and conceptualize skills
• Must be able to work efficiently and speedily on AutoCad and Adobe CS skills (photoshop, illustrator etc). Knowledge of sketch up will be an add advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Responsible, creative individual who can work independently
• Flexibility in handling multiple projects
• Must be able to work under tight deadline and in a fast pace environment
• Good team work spirit
