Job Description

Sales Coordinators are responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales process. They help customers resolve sales related issues in a timely manner generally providing real-time support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with existing customers / Expand the market share
  • Establish rapport and maintain good relationship with potential and existing customers
  • Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Provide good after-sales services
  • Able to handle customer feedback & complaints
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Develop sales strategies for assigned products together with the Manager and execute them
  • Any Ad-Hoc duties assigned
