Roles and Responsibilities
Financial Accounting
- To perform accurate book keeping of Lixil Australia for Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet.
- To calculate the monthly management fee and prepare the monthly issue to LIXIL Singapore.
- To check the services rendered by suppliers and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
- To conduct monthly bank reconciliation and to monitor cash balance in the bank.
- To prepare and submit monthly Sactona and IFRS reports to the regional team and headquarter.
- To ensure that all payments are in accordance to the Lixil Delegation of Authority (DOA) approval matrix.
- To perform administration support for expense claims.
Statutory Reporting
- Preparation and lodgement of income tax return (including International Dealings/ Schedule)
- Preparation and lodgement of monthly and annual payroll tax returns per state.
- Preparation of Work cover insurance reconciliation.
Education requirement:
- Degree in Accountancy/ Business
- Open to university interns/ fresh graduates
- Must be hands on with SAP.
