Core responsibilities 

• Learn and gain mastery of our various food stations
• Follow kitchen policies, procedures, service and food hygiene standards
• Follow all safety, cleaning and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Responsible for the quality, taste and presentation of food in accordance with our recipe and outlet standards
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Ensure all preparation works, supplies and deliveries are according to product specifications and are received in the correct unit and condition.
• Reporting defects to your immediate superiors/management in a timely manner
• Help to manage inventory and accept orders and deliveries on behalf of the outlet
• Maintain proper storage and rotation of supplies/products to minimize wastage or spoilage
• Other duties as assigned

Candidate with Basic Food Hygiene Certificate will have higher consideration
