Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- To support barbershop with flow of walk-ins / booked customers.
- Able to multitask during haircut and client
- Meet and greet guests promptly and assist guests to waiting area as well as attend to their request.
- Work closely with the team to ensure that all areas including waiting area, restroom are cleared promptly and kept in a pristine condition
- To always keep track of daily appointment and services are recorded and keyed into book system
- Manage all payments & sales of products
- Fulfil any ad-hoc requests promptly and efficiently to support the barbershop
- Ensure customers feedback and complains are taken care of.
