Job Description
You will be the front face of the café, greeting all customers with a smile.
- Understand the venue menus; stay abreast of any specials, menu changes, etc.
- Responsible for taking money in the form of cash or card from patrons in exchange for food and beverage.
- Preparing juices and smoothies according to recipes
- Monitor product quality and freshness and ensure proper rotation or product
- Maintain accurate department signage and pricing
- Handling stock and inventory take, including topping up of consignment shelves
- Follow department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking of product
- Maintain a clean and well organized work area and dining area
