Job Description
We’re looking for a Technology Intern with a passion for blockchain, software development, and cybersecurity. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to support the development, testing, and maintenance of tokenisation products for institutional clients including banks, asset managers, and fintech partners. This role offers hands-on exposure to cutting-edge financial technologies in a fast-growing startup environment.
Responsibilities
• Assist in building, testing, and maintaining technology solutions across the Libeara platform
• Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including cloud services and user systems
• Help document technology processes, security policies, and system configurations
• Collaborate with engineers on coding tasks, debugging, and troubleshooting issues
• Participate in research and development of new features, blockchain integrations, and emerging technologies
• Contribute to product development ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and gain exposure to Agile practices
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), report findings, and support bug fixes
• Stay up-to-date on blockchain, Web3, and fintech trends to contribute fresh ideas
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity principles
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, or Go)
• Exposure to web development frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, NextJS) or interest in learning
• Proficiency in common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office productivity tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for learning about blockchain, tokenisation, and digital assets
