Introduction to the Role
This is an internship position to give a 2nd or 3rd year Real-Estate, Architecture or Supply Chain Engineering student working experience in the Indirect Procurement field. This role will provide experience in various aspects of Finance: Tracking Savings targets, Procurement, Real Estate and Store Planning. Furthermore, this is a regional role based in Singapore so that it provides the opportunity to work/gain exposure to the different countries within our Asia Middle East Africa region.
Job Purpose
To assist in the various aspects of Finance: internal controls/SOX, Procurement, Real Estate and Store Planning
Critical results
- Waterfall chart of store construction costs
- Site Tracking & New Store KPI analysis
- Tracking Projections vs plan (Revenue, Capex etc)
- Project mgmt. of cost savings initiatives
- Understand and build cost savings project plan for multi-year scenarios
Job Responsibilities
Work together with Regional GSS Manager in the various aspects of Procurement along with cross-functional teams to ensure cost savings initiatives are implemented successfully
Job Requirements
- 2nd or 3rd Year Student - Real-Estate, Architecture or Supply Chain Engineering
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
