- Perform daily administrative duties such as updating and consolidating data
- Verify and ensure data accuracy
- Track and maintain proper records
- Handle phone calls and walk-in enquiries
- Organize files and documents
- Scanning and printing of documents
- Provide assistance in training events
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proactive & enthusiastic
- Able to work in a team
- Willingness to learn
- No experience required, training will be provided
