- Applying business development strategy to acquire, engage and activate new Affiliate Partners from online and offline marketing universe
- Establishing strong relationships with Affiliate Partners, and actively searching innovative product and business mechanics to achieve outlined performance targets
- Analysing data from Lazada’s Affiliate channel, creating ad hoc reports in order to take numbers-driven decisions
- Working closely with the local Affiliates marketing team and executing channel plan towards a more efficient and diversified customer acquisition
- Acting as a Key point of contact for internal stakeholders to drive needs across various departments and marketing channels, both at a local and regional level
- Being always updated on the latest trends in the Affiliates Marketing and responsible of keeping Lazada as a first mover on technologies and advertising
Requirements:
- Proficient command of MS, Excel, and PowerPoint with advanced analytics & presentation skills
- Experience in using Google Analytics, Adwords and Adobe Analytics will be a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is preferred.
- Excellent teamwork and problem solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills and be able to build relationships with people from different background and cultures, both online and offline.
- Strong analytical mind-set.
- Pro-active entrepreneurial attitude
