As a Business Development Intern at Krislite, you will gain practical experience supporting our sales operations and contributing to the growth of our business. You will work closely with our Sales team to generate leads, build client relationships, and assist in executing strategies that drive revenue. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to develop essential sales and communication skills in a fast-paced, client-facing environment within the lighting industry.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

•Proactive, confident, and customer-oriented mindset.

• Prior sales, retail, or client servicing experience is a plus.

• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and follow through with leads.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training will be provided).

• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas.


Key Responsibilities

• Support the project and sales team in generating leads and identifying potential business opportunities.

• Assist in qualifying and following up on leads through calls, emails, or client visits.

• Maintain and update customer databases, records, and sales documentation.

• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and product information packages.

• Participate in client meetings or presentations when required.

• Conduct competitor or market research to support sales strategies.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on customer messaging and promotions.

• Assist in planning and coordinating sales-related events, exhibitions, or customer engagements.

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
