About the Role
Kopifellas* started in 2017 with a vision to preserve and promote Singapore’s food heritage through our innovative concepts. We're seeking a meticulous and organized individual, willing to learn with a positive attitude to join our growing team! Be part of this exciting journey and play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage job postings on various platforms, conduct initial candidate screening, and serve as the primary point of contact for all interview coordination
- Candidate Experience: Foster a positive company image by ensuring every candidate receives a seamless experience with timely updates and professional communication
- Onboarding Admin: Coordinate the digital onboarding process, ensuring all new-hire data is collected accurately and employment documents are executed, signed, and filed
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Assist in invoicing and AR processes, including payment matching, follow-ups, and AR reporting
- Financial Reporting: Prepare Cash Flow Reports timely, tracking liabilities, expenses, and other costs to assist with financial forecasting while ensuring adherence to allocated budgets
- Closing Activities: Assist in month-end closing activities, including data entry for accounts, reconciliations, and the preparation of supporting documents
- Data Integrity: Systematize and maintain a secure digital filing system, ensuring all personnel and financial records are organized, up-to-date, and audit-ready
- Ad-Hoc Support: Act as a proactive team player by assisting across both the HR and Finance departments as needed
- Workflow Prioritization: Independently manage competing priorities in a remote environment, meeting strict deadlines
- Information Security: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, ensuring that all sensitive compensation and personal employee data is handled with total discretion
You will be perfect for this role if you are:
- A Fresh Graduate with a Degree or Diploma in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
- Possess a basic understanding of Singapore legislations & practices (preferably in the F&B industry)
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Proficient in Google Workspace/MS Office; a quick learner of new software and systems
- Energetic, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

- Available to start immediately or short notice period
Work Details
- Mon – Fri, 9am to 6pm (SGT)
- Salary 2,300-3,000 RM (Depending on background skills & experience)
