KKday is Asia’s fastest-growing travel e-commerce platform – serving more than 850,000 travellers with 6500 travel experiences spread across 53 countries. Having closed its USD$12M Series A round most recently in December 2016, KKday is now looking to expand its Singapore office.

Responsibilities
As a Business Developer (Intern), we will expect you to think and operate like an actual entrepreneur by taking strategic and analytical approaches in a wide variety of projects. We expect you to be a team player, to be proactive and to think out of the box to achieve objectives. This role is the opportunity to work across various roles including business development, online marketing, CRM, and operations.
You will work use data-driven approaches to solve complex problems, identify growth opportunities, and plan strategies to propel KKday towards its goal of building the world’s largest travel experience ecommerce platform by 2018.
- Lead go-to-market projects with the aim to acquire new users and transactions
- Conduct research and data analysis to support management-level decision-making
- Establish and maintain partnerships/ sponsorship initiatives
- Produce creative ideas and contribute to our business strategy
- Assist in any other ad hoc initiatives where necessary
Requirements:
- Analytical Skills - advanced proficiency in Excel to draw insights from data
- Problem Solving skills - demonstrated ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems to make decisions.
- Strategic Thinking - ability to define long-term strategic goals and identify business opportunities
- Communication Skills - excellent ability to deliver structured and professional communication both in written and verbal form
- Leadership Skills - a demonstrated ability in leading multi-cultural teams
