1. Huggies Website
Launch Huggies Website to a new website platform.
- Evaluate current website content vs migration and implementation.
- Source for existing content, adapt from countries and localize content according the objectives of the brand.
- Review, enhance user journey and integrate new website with Huggies Club and initiative.
- Project Management. Work with KC Digital Service team, marketing to establish and roll out website.
- Performance User acceptance testing along with Marketing Team
- Development of a guiding requirements document – that will help KC Digital Service team to develop and implement the requirements in the site
2. Huggies Ratings & Review Digital
- Rating & Review (R & R for) all Huggies products.
- Review all consumer touch points for opportunity to garner R & R.
- Introduce process and regularize key touch points (Huggies Club, Website, e-commerce) with consumers to capture R&R.
- Implement initiatives to acquire Rating & Review (R & R)
- Enhance on current user experience.
- Review syndication Work with partners.
3. Hospital Program – Huggies Club
- Roll out a program/ initiative at Hospital.
4. Huggies Sampling Initiatives
- Create and manage Huggies sample packs including managing operations and planning of distribution of packs.
5. Administration and Operations
- Support Huggies on operations including supporting any product development projects.
- Digital Social content : Participate with digital agency on overall content
- Ad-hoc administrative support.
