Kelly Services (S) Pte Ltd – Regional Strategic Initiatives Intern

This position is suitable for students who can commit at least 4 working days per week.

Position Objective:
You will be part of the Strategy Initiatives Team and support the strategic planning and development for our businesses in APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Research and analyze markets in HR services industry across APAC region including analysis on market sizes, competitor, and future business opportunity.
• Synthesize research and analysis into actionable insights.
• Work closely with team members to develop communication and visualization tools to help internal stakeholders understand research findings.
• Support business monitoring including operational KPIs monitoring and business performance of countries across APAC region.
• Opportunity to be involved in Regional projects and functional initiatives to establish a footprint for future business growth.

Profile Requirements:  (education, experience and technical skills required of this position) 

1. Education:

Undergraduate student (2nd/3rd/4th year) from Business major or equivalent.

2. Key abilities:

• Analytical ability to create data-based innovative solutions and a passion for implementing the change needed to ensure success.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the desire to constantly learn and grow.
• Ability to complete work independently as needed.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate and present information clearly and concisely to team members.
• A track record of leadership, flexibility and proactivity.

3. Professional skills:

• Fluent English is a must, knowledge of Japanese, Mandarin or other Asian languages will be a definite advantage
• Knowledge of HR service or recruitment industry or any other service industry will be advantageous.
