JP Recruitment and Solutions – Summer Internship Program 2017

For the 2017 edition of our internship programme, you can look forward to an exciting programme that focuses on entrepreneurship and experiential learning. Activities include an entrepreneurship forum showcasing our local entrepreneurs, project team challenges, a charity bazaar run by the interns, as well as an overseas business camp.

Targeted at students from the local universities, our internship programme provides the platform for undergraduates to join us as management trainee, by allowing them to test their interest in the finance industry prior to their graduation. Undergraduates that has successfully completed from our internship programme comes from an array of notable tertiary institutions (NUS, NTU, SMU, etc.). They have since secured a full time position in our ever growing industry.

 Undergraduates who participate in the internship programme will be given the opportunity to hone their entrepreneurial skills, as well as will gain first-hand experience working in one of Singapore’s leading financial institutions and the only AA rated (S&P Global Ratings) financial institution in the country, whilst still studying. Combining classroom learning and practical fieldwork (i.e. sales),participants of  this internship programme will gain entrepreneurial skills and well-rounded exposure to business operations and opportunities.

Our training programs coupled with our culture of excellence and close mentorship has ensured that many of our new trainees become proficient at what they do within months of being at the forefront and at the same time achieving top honors in the company and industry.
