JoyaTravels Pte Ltd is establish in 2015 as an extension of P.S Travels. Its founder and CEO MR.Parthiban Nadeson. Intends to enhance its already establish transportation company; P.S Travels with a tourism service to cater to its existing Corporate clients as well as the international and domestic market. Our parent company P.STravels has been establish since 2011 and has amass a network of corporate clientele as well as transportation service providers to facilitate their needs.
-Monitoring and analyzing market trend -studying competitors' products and services -exploring ways of improving existing products and increasing profitability .
-Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
-Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets managing the production of promotional material -liaising with other internal and external departments such as sales and distribution.
-Producing reports to monitor results .
-Presenting findings and suggestions to company directors or other senior managers .
