We are inviting applications for a Logistics Coordinator position that is made available in our organisation.
Tasks & Duties include:
- Handle all incoming orders for reservation coordinating with CSD on order requirements and wanted dates of all orders to ensure that the Company's on-time-in-full (OTIF) is achieved
- Monitor all sea-stocks loading requests closely upon receipt Vessel Information to ensure successful supply
- Handle all inbound and outbound shipment requests by liaising with shipping service providers upon receipt of Shipment Information
- Liaise and coordinate with agents for recovery of signed delivery tickets for billing purpose
- Provide daily administrative support within the department
- Ensure all processes and transactions are properly documented and controlled
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/Pre-U/"A" LEVEL in any field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): English
