Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely handling of all concierge requests originating from our members
  • Provide a consistently high level of professionalism and discretion when handling our members’ requests
  • Compose well thought-out, accurate, and prepared communication to our members
  • Liaise with multiple suppliers for necessary information and coordination
  • Updating of customer information for database profiling
  • Be in control of multiple tasks at any given moment
  • Research and source for solutions independently
  • Proactive in meeting goals, targets and deadlines

Individual Intern Projects

  • Understand best practices and drive to integrate them in daily team operations
  • Identify opportunities and be the lead for product improvements to support overall team strategy as well as the needs of our clients and members
  • Initiate change for increased productivity, and simplification of operations
