Fort Financial is looking for highly motivated individuals to join us as Wealth Management Associate. We want to give massive exposure to these individuals about the financial industry, equipping them with the ability & necessary skillsets to  handle clients both B2B & B2C.

You will undergo a 90 days(3 months) back to back intensive mentoring, receive 1st hand experience learning not just technical but soft skills to push your personal growth to the NEXT level. Offer your clients tailor-made wealth solutions, access to majority of managed funds available world-wide & accredited investor funds. Client's needs is our top priority, crafting financial strategies to improve the quality of their financial situation.

Prerequisite Before Applying : The Ideal Candidate

Good working attitude & good learning attitude. Being open to changes & having the courage to step out of your comfort zone.

Be results oriented. It's all about working towards the END GAMEBe interested in long-term (2 - 5 years) working arrangement with us. We'll invest in you, train and coach you, etc. Be ambitious. I'm looking for people who wants to be one of the top in their gameStrong interest in persuasion skills & personal growth is an added bonus

• Diploma or Degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Marketing/Communications/Engineering or equivalent 1-2 years experience in relevant field of study
• Entry level candidates who are willing to learn are welcomed
• 21 years old & above (MAS Requirements)
• Strong communication skills and ability to perform under stress and tight deadlines
