Implement data quality program for an account


Key Deliverables

Business requirements document/translate requirements in SQL scripts/coordinate with DQ IT team for platform configuration/UAT/Dashboard design (Tableau)

Data governance team was recently created as an outcome of the CS 2020 strategy.
The ambition of CS JLL to become a data driven company will require some fresh talents as Change management with existing resources cannot be the only way to drive the change in the way we drive our business.
Once working with data governance interns are immersed in a real business context (Collaborate with account business teams) and develop a good data governance background (key skill for the ongoing data revolution)
The success of RED/2020 strategy highly depends on the new skillsets we are able to build. So these interns will have all the chances to be proposed a full time position at the end of their internship.
Learning outcomes:
1. Be part of an award winning JLL group (RED won the Pinnacle Award 2016 for best innovation through technology )
2. Work in a business line environment (understand IFM business).
3. Develop data management skills that will be soon required on each CS RED accounts
4. Work in a multi projects environment


Required skills

• Experience with MS Excel, SQL query
• Understanding of data management, metadata and data quality. Familiarity with data governance best practices desired, or ability to quickly learn these concepts.
• Good oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail,
• Data analysis skills. Understand business needs; be able to interpret requirements, identify impacts and analyze problems to determine impacts to business processes throughout the organization.
