JIN Design LLP – Personal Assistant & Business Development

We are looking to hire a personal assistant & business development personnel to our company to support the managing director in daily activities. 

You will learn and do:

• Closely assist all processes of business development with the managing director
  • SEO (Search engine optimization)
  • SEM (Search engine marketing)
  • Social media marketing (Dribbble, behance, facebbook and instagram) 
  • Managing client and closing sales
• Functions as the admin support to the Director
• Update Calender & Schedule Director appointment 
• Support in recruitment process & appointment setting
• Records the minutes of meetings as needed
• Organize and file of documents as instructed
• Running errands (Ad Hoc Basis)
• Performs other duties as necessary

This is a full time opportunity, based on your performance, eventually the managing director would like to promote you to focus on marketing and sales related activities.

You are welcome to propose marketing ideas that could help to generate new leads for the company.
