Jeweluxe World Pte Ltd – Branding, Marketing & Communications, Events Executive

• Being involved in the project managing and account servicing of our branding and marketing projects with our clients
• Being involved in the coordination process with our design partner and in helping CMO to service the project/s, and to ensure the briefs are met to clients’ satisfaction
• Administrative and coordination work in the projects with clients and relevant Government agencies such as Enterprise Singapore etc
• Coordinate all event and production deliverables
• Coordinate with participants and partners to ensure entitlements and required actions are noted and fulfilled within budget

Requirements:

The candidate must posses the following:

• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• With good spoken and written English
• Ability to work independently and to multi-task
• Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Google Suite
• Proficiency in other word processing and web analytics tools (such as MailChimp, Google Analytics, any POS software) will be a plus
• Students with background in marketing and branding preferred
