At JET8, you are at the intersection of product development, marketing and sales. You work closely with these teams to deliver a stellar client experience. Your main tasks involve supporting sales operations and coordinating timelines.

Get the opportunity to work with our business development leaders to tackle sales bottlenecks and implement new strategies. Learn to work with the latest innovations and technologies as you manage your sales funnels and relationships.

Role and Responsibilities

Follow-up on marketing leads and secure potential sales opportunities and Understand client requirements and objectives. Brainstorm and provide feasible solutions.

Schedule workflow to ensure smooth coordination between projects, assist in communications and campaign management.  Prepare presentations, proposals and quotations for customers.

Review work progress on weekly basis and prepare internal and external reports on project status

Skills Required

Display the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, activities and projects for timely completion. Have an interest in experiencing with a business intelligence tool and data visualisation platform. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

A highly motivated individual with a positive attitude - Detail oriented, analytical, highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. - Excellent skills in working cross functionality - Strong customer service and communication skills
