Job Overview

You will be a part of a team in managing, coordinating and leading agency resources to meet the marketing and advertising needs of our client(s). You will also help the client(s) evaluate effectiveness of marketing and advertising programmes and monitor competitive activities and plan appropriate responses/actions.

Detailed Scope

At the end of 6 months with us, you’d have experienced, learnt and ultimately be able to

  • Fully grasp the processes, structure and purpose of how a creative agency functions through coordinating simple tasks and projects with a supervising manager.
  • Work with various internal departments to deliver respective advertising materials, in a timely and efficient manner; hands-on planning, managing and executing campaigns across multiple touchpoints and channels (print, digital, social, OOH, broadcast etc)
  • Understand the client environment, business needs and ways of working through daily interactions and engagement, across campaigns and business divisions/departments
  • Take ownership of assigned projects: demonstrate capacity to multi-task, project manage, articulate work requirements, and communication with clients
  • Confidently present agency creative work, and articulate a thought process
  • Evaluate and measure campaign efficiency, effectiveness, and how to optimize

Pre-Requisites

  • Fundamental understanding of advertising, marketing and communications (ideally your degree major)
  • Must be motivated, organized, and possess good communication skills - verbal and written fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
  • Good presentation skills: ability to form a presentation deck and fluently present the contents
  • EQ and adaptability: ability to foster interpersonal relationships and work with many kinds of people, able to adapt to a lot of different situations
