ITC Group of Companies – Marketing Intern

You’ll be working directly with our Executive Director to create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for offline and online mediums.
This will include:

1. Producing interesting and engaging content for our marketing channels (Linkedin, Instagram, newsletters, website etc)
2. Brainstorming and creating an annual marketing strategy, with specific monthly and quarterly campaigns & targets
3. Researching on trends in the industry in order to better tailor our marketing efforts
4. Researching on the best (online & offline) platforms to reach our target audience and creating content for those platforms
5. Maintaining our marketing/social media calendar
6. Consolidating backend marketing databases
7. Creating print marketing materials in line with the marketing strategy
8. Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
9. Manage the creation and dissemination of newsletters
10. Working with our team to oversee website development
11. Admin matters related to all marketing efforts (e.g. maintaining project files for campaigns etc)

We’re looking for someone who is dynamic, creative and constantly full of new ideas.

You should:

1. Be an excellent storyteller with a good eye for design (and if you can speak Photoshop/Illustrator/Design, that’s a plus!)
2. Be self-disciplined, have good time management and motivated to achieve goals
3. Be able to work independently, and in a team
4. Be meticulous and detail-oriented (brownie points if you’re a Grammar Nazi)
5. Proficiency in online platforms such as Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp etc
6. Flexible and adapt easily to changes
7. Be able to work under pressure to meet multiple deadlines
8. A background in marketing is advantageous, but not required
9. Be able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
