IT Consultis – Business Development Associate (Internship)

WHAT YOU WILL GET OUT OF THIS POSITION 

As Business Developer, you will play a key role within ITC organization.

• You will be the ambassador of ITC in Singapore to promote ITC business to company ranging from Startups to Fortune 500.
• Your work and action will have a direct strategic impact on the performances of the company. 
• You will work with the most influential minds in digital world beside interacting with other BD team members

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attract new business opportunities :

• Make outbound communications to prospective customers in order to plan meetings for the managing team
• Attend networking events and act as an ambassador of IT Consultis
• Attend project qualification meetings, pitch meetings and negotiation meetings
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospects and team members
• Take ownership of CRM activities and updates 
• Assist in Business Development weekly and monthly reports and present results 
• Assist with project invoicing and client follow-ups

Be part of a team:

• Shadow the managing team in each Business Development  and project related endeavour
• Assist in creative and brainstorming sessions for pitch building
• Support with presentations
• Perform weekly analysis and reports on the competition and the market
• Perform weekly analysis and reports on marketing trends
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify areas of improvement that deliver competitive advantage for ITC  in terms of service offerings, scalability, simplicity and cost
• Report to the Client Development Director

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have:

• Proficiency in English communication skills, marketing mindset  and able to work in a multicultural team
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a positive demeanour
• Sense of urgency of business needs and can handle multi-tasks
• Work both independently and in a team to produce creative and innovative solutions to challenging business problems
• Fast learner and can quickly act on emerging insights and trends
• Enthusiasm, creativity, and a desire to learn the trade
• Bachelor in Business or any fields related to area of expertise
• Preferred with 04 to 06 months internship duration

Nice to have:

• Additional language is a plus
