Ironman Endurance Asia Pte Ltd – Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Help to implement promotional actions for our events
• Assist with promotional collaterals (posters, flyers, brochures ect):  stock management, distribution among target audiences

• Daily check of the company’s presence on blogs and social media
• Regional marketing research, analysis & recommendations
• Complete post event report, analysis and recommendation for further actions
• Assist on the Merchandise line: 
• check stock levels
• Take inventory of the products
• Maintain stocking shelves and racks
• Submit weekly update reports

• Support the Marketing Manager and the rest of the team; and perform other related tasks, including office administrative tasks

• Ensure all event records are appropriately filed and accessible in hard and soft copy

• Administration
  • Updating of timesheets and timelines as required by event
  • Proper and accurate administration/paperwork to ensure an effective and efficient event delivery
  • Ensure all event records are appropriately filed and accessible in hard and soft copy
  • Timely submission of post event reports

 Perform other related tasks, including office administrative tasks, as required
