Job Description

The Opportunity

IQVIA is currently recruiting for a Marketing intern in Singapore. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with the regional marketing team and participate in marketing projects such as digital marketing & CRM campaigns, event marketing, video production and design interactive info-graphic projects. He/She will be working alongside the marketing and communications team in Singapore.


Job Responsibilities

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) for a wide range of topics and audiences.
  • Be able to track and measure the campaign’s effectiveness and communicate results to various audiences.
  • Execute the plans that detail the tactics to be employed in communicating news, developments, and propositions to each relevant audience.
  • Write copy for marketing materials for internal and external audience, such as print ads, direct mail, case studies, product fact sheets, web pages and brochures (collaterals)
  • Able to build relationships with the internal community and external vendors and become the brand ambassador with our key stakeholders and trainer for our external designers.
  • Manages all logistics for conferences, events, and special meetings, including negotiating contracts with meeting location and managing meeting budgets.
  • Oversee production of materials for internal and external audiences
  • Develop new communication toolkits for current and potential clients

Skills & Experience Required

  • Undergraduate who is ideally pursuing a Business or Arts degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Good writing skills, strong problem solving, analytical, project management and planning skills
  • Soft Skills: Creative, self-spoken person, proactive, initiator, innovator and analytical
  • Able to commit for a 3 day work week on a minimum 3 months basis
