Invigilo Technologies Pte. Ltd. – Product Manager Intern

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Requirements & Problem Translation

• Translate real-world site problems (e.g., workers entering hazardous zones, unsafe hoisting, missing PPE) into clear computer vision tasks such as:
  • Object detection and tracking
  • Zone violation logic
  • Safety-event classification
  • Pose/behavior analysis
• Break ambiguous field issues into concrete product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Work with founders and engineers to define clear PRDs for AI, web, and mobile features.
• Participate in sprint planning, prioritization, and roadmap discussions.

2. Computer Vision Feature Support

• Assist in designing AI evaluation criteria: mAP targets, FPS/latency boundaries, false-positive tolerances.
• Review model outputs and identify failure patterns for engineering follow-up.
• Support basic dataset verification and annotation tasks when necessary.
• Document AI testing results and performance changes across versions.

3. Web & Mobile App Product Ownership

• Map out user journeys for safety officers, site managers, and field engineers.
• Specify UI/UX requirements and collaborate with designers and frontend developers.
• QA-test new features on both web and mobile platforms; file reports clearly.
• Ensure that app features align with real-world workflows on construction sites.

4. Client Interaction & Feedback Loops

• Attend client demos, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable tasks.
• Support pilot deployments and verify that product behavior matches client expectations.
• Work closely with operations to understand site constraints, camera layouts, and practical safety workflows.

5. Documentation & Communication

• Maintain high-quality documentation: product specs, feature outlines, change logs.
• Assist with pitch decks, product guides, and release notes.
• Communicate with engineering teams to keep deliverables on track.

Requirements

Must-Have

• Strong interest in AI, computer vision, or product management.
• Ability to think clearly about messy real-world issues and structure them into solvable tasks.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Organized and able to track multiple items simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup.

Good-to-Have

• Coursework or projects involving ML/AI or computer vision.
• Experience with Figma, Python, SQL, or any web/mobile tech stack.
• Understanding of agile methods (Jira, Trello, Notion, etc.).
• Previous internship in engineering, product, or design.
