Inventive Kids is a provider of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) enrichment classes for children aged 5 to 14 years at our Inventive Kids Play-Based STEM Learning Centre at Our Tampines Hub. We are looking for passionate educators to join us in delivering our proprietary curriculums designed to encourage creative problem solving in children, help them gain an appreciation of STEM and acquire a full suite of 21st Century life skills.

We are looking for STEM (Science Technology Engineering Maths) Educator to join us at Inventive Kids Play-based STEM Learning Centre.
The successful candidate will be a member of our team of vibrant, dynamic and professional educators who will make a difference to children's holistic development through our unique programs. The person must be able to commit to a regular weekend work schedule.
Responsibilities and Duties
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on STEM enrichment classes for children 5 – 14 years, in particular, robotics and creation of toy models using various medium eg construction systems, open-ended materials
- Inspire children to develop an interest in engineering and adopt winning mindsets and behaviours
- Prepare class materials and execute simple administrative and housekeeping tasks
- Interact with parents on children’s performance in class
- Interact with prospective customers to share about the centre’s programme
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements
- Energetic, creative, able to engage and motivate children
- Knowledge in robotics and programming is advantageous. Training will be provided.
- Able to relate in simple terms, everyday science, mechanical and engineering applications & concepts to children
- Strength in writing and social media skills will have an added advantage.
- Able to work on weekends . Must be able to commit to regular work assignments for at least a year.
