Interviewer.AI is a Singapore-based, audiovisual assessment platform that uses scientifically-proven structured interview techniques to automate the first round of interview. We are supported by SGInnovate and a deep-tech startup accelerator called Entrepreneur First (backed by Reid Hoffman, founder of LinkedIn).
At Interviewer.AI, we are focused on building the penultimate step to hire great talent. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong business acumen who is passionate about helping customers bring transparency, speed, and efficiency into the hiring process using Interviewer.AI.
In this role, your main task is finding customers looking to hire for sales, client services, consultants, and customer success roles, and then helping them find great talent by shortlisting candidates using Interviewer.AI, based on a short video interview.
