We are running a call centre which makes servicing calls to existing clients to schedule appointments for reviews. We are into our fifth year of operations and are looking to nurture a management trainee to lend assistance in overlooking and managing our operations.
As this is a trainee position, you will be given a rotational of roles to gain insights on the operations before appointing the managerial position to oversee the operations.
It will be a grueling experience with various key performance indicators to meet as you take responsibility for the performance of the people you are managing.
Customer relations management

Requirements:
Able to commit 6 months at least
To converse in English and Mandarin
Good telephone and communications skills
Mature and independent
Able to commence work immediately
