This position is primarily responsible to support the Medical Services and HR team in conducting various project related tasks around the Talent Management process, HR support to the MS Business Line and administrative support to the MS Corporate Team.
HR Talent Management
Maintain MS organisation charts on a monthly basis;
Conduct data entry to support talent management processes;
Consolidate dashboard reports on talent information and retention;
Search and screen for candidate resumes for open positions;
Compile weekly reports on recruitment status and outstanding actions;
Arrange interviews and consolidate candidate evaluation forms.
Support the Talent Management Process by consolidating data and preparing presentations on MS Talent Pool
Arrange employee engagement activities in support of Employee Engagement Survey;
Administrative
Coordinate initiatives to improve working environment and office space;
Arrange meetings/conference calls and book meeting rooms as required.
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the team;
Coordinate meetings and events for MS team as required;
Organize for new staff’s administrative tasks and coordinate induction.
