We're looking for a Strategy and Operations Intern to join our fast-growing team.
In this role, we'd like to bring on an individual who is creative, resourceful and eager to learn. Prior experience with strategy, consulting or finance roles are a plus. This role will involve working cross functionally to support multiple key projects with function leads within the company.
You'll be exposed to and able to learn best practices, get hands-on startup experience and be able to initiate and implement projects on your own. You will work directly in touch with our founders who are seasoned experts in the startup space, and be able to lead mini projects on your own.
The ideal candidate we're looking for is resourceful, takes initiative, possesses structured thinking and strong written skills, and most importantly is a self-starter. You will learn frameworks and processes that enable a startup to grow. We're also a people-first company, which means we care as much as you do about what you get out of your internship with us.
What you will do:
- Assist the management team with understanding of Asia’s mental health landscape
- Identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
- Identify and articulate issues, and drive problem solving initiatives
- Drive strong collaboration and communication across various teams to develop go-to-market strategies
- Assist on fundraising operations
- Research on various regulations and legal policies in the region
- Assist in adapting current operations systems to optimise efficiency
- Navigate tools/ systems/ databases/ spreadsheets for data tracking and analysis
By the end of the internship we ensure that you'd have learnt key startup skills and gained real experience that will serve you well in the future.
