Job Description

The Role

We're looking for an intern to join the Organisational Development and L&D team to work on delivering and developing Learning and Development initiatives including supporting its day-to-day operations. This individual will report directly to the Training and Curriculum Development Associate and will get the opportunity to work cross functionally on L&D initiatives. We'll be looking for someone who is able to be an all-rounder, is a self-starter and proactive, eager & hungry to learn, well organised with high attention to detail, good command of written and verbal English, and good interpersonal skills.

 

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Client Success Team to manage client’s learning experience through data, analytics and surveys to identify insights and incorporate feedback for improvement including pre- and post- event ratings, coaching/app utilisation uptake post session
  • Design learning decks to support curriculum development team
  • Manage B2B product offerings delivery management - logistics of running webinars, workshops, panel discussions, connect & learn through the Acuity calendar application, Zoom webinar account management and ensure delivery quality of each delivered session
  • Support in the testing of short-form learning curriculum content with focus groups prior to launching
  • Collaborate with Product Team or external vendors to develop Figma demos and videos for various Client Success engagement models - from SME to MNC clients in all available languages
  • Maintain a repository of up-to-date launch webinar decks and Figma demos, ready for Client Success use
  • Support B2B Marketing and Brand team’s requirements to represent our products accurately and compellingly
  • Manage budget utilisation spreadsheet used for content development, localisation and engagement of BHCs for presentation in local language including liaison with Finance for timely payment
  • Support demand, logistics and preparation of Mental Health First Aid bookings and certifications to be conducted for our clients, including post session certifications (upon launch)
  • Support Credly badges to be disseminated on client’s LinkedIn platform post programme/Mental Health First Aid certification, including allocation of badges to various pillar in Intellect and budget utilisation tracking (upon launch)
  • Support update of learning materials to ensure clinical data is updated and still relevant to clients’ needs on a periodic basis
  • Support research tools and papers with Clinical on our L&D programmes centred on coaching, including Mental Health Diagnostic tools considering HR KPIs
  • Assist in key account management activities where relevant per project needs

 

Who You Are

No hard requirements in qualifications or skills, ideally the candidate:

  • University student, no required major focus (although a major in Psychology would be an advantage)
  • Prior internship work experience
  • Reliable, consistent, accurate, organised with high attention to detail, keeps promises and has their work output matching expectations
  • Proactively thinks about solving problems creatively and delivers additional thinking where possible
  • Speaks up and contributes their best ideas and insights at work
  • Collaborative, yet has high ownership of work
  • Able to deal well with ambiguity and a state of flux
  • Has excellent verbal and written skills in the English language
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Google Suites (especially Google Slides and Sheets)
  • Familiar with managing host functions of Zoom and scheduling tools such as Acuity Scheduling
  • Comfortable with Figma (experience not required but will be an advantage)
