Job Description
- Ensures prompt, efficient and friendly service.
- Assist customers to provide a good dining experience according to cafe service procedures and sequence.
- Responsible for seating the customers, taking orders and serving food and beverages.
- Performs cashiering duties.
- Suggestive selling to customers.
- Attend to customers’ enquiries and make recommendations.
- Ensure orders taken are delivered timely and quality assured.
- Maintain cleanliness within the cafe and ensure fast table turnover.
- Accept additional duties and responsibilities as required for the smooth running of the cafe
