INL Agency is on the lookout for an innovative and resourceful Freelance Personal Branding and Social Media Specialist to join our team. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the personal brand of our key leadership on LinkedIn, which in turn represents the ethos and values of INL Agency.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with our Singapore Head to understand personal branding objectives and how they align with INL's overall strategy.
Carry out research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences with guidance.
Craft and schedule engaging and compelling LinkedIn posts that articulate our leadership's thought leadership and industry expertise.
Create visually appealing graphics using Canva to accompany LinkedIn posts, adhering to our brand's visual guidelines.
Monitor analytics to gauge the effectiveness of posts, making adjustments as necessary to optimise engagement and reach.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Canva or similar design software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong research skills and a knack for understanding audience preferences.
Ability to work flexibly and independently, managing your own workload to meet deadlines.
